The Texas Folk Music Foundation (TFMF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, and proud owner and operator of the world-renowned Kerrville Music Festivals. TFMF also sponsors music education programs and contests during Festivals. These include the Grassy Hill-Kerrville New Folk Competition for Emerging Songwriters, the Music Camp for Teens held each summer, Professional Development Program for Teachers and Workshops for Roots/Blues Guitar, Songwriters and Harmonica. TFMF actively seeks donations. Your tax-deductible donation as a Member will provide us with a renewable yearly operating base, enabling us to improve the Festivals and its grounds, and create new year-round programs, concerts and competitions which support singer-songwriters, songwriting, folk music and folk music education in all its forms. New in 2009, you can now become a Member of the Texas Folk Music Foundation at the $100 level and help us support folk music and songwriters.  You’ll be able to renew your membership next year at $75, when you renew on time.  With the Basic Membership you’ll enjoy the following benefits:

  • You will be able to vote for each open TFMF board position, helping to decide who provides leadership for the foundation**
